About Kathryn Stats

Kathryn Stats is regarded as, not just one of Utah's finest landscape painters, but also a national landscape artist. Her work has primarily focused on Utah's farmland, mountains, desert and red rock country. She has painted much of the Årizona desert and Colorado Mountains. Her curiosity has led her to explore more of the West, primarily the Oregon and California coastlines. Kathryn has traveled and painted extensively in Spain, Italy, Russia and France. Kathryn's work conveys an honesty, born from her genuine love of the landscape, an innate artistic ability, a fascination that has led her to carefully study the work of other gifted painters as well as a strong dedication to her own work.
